Navigating maps of the inner terrain

PSYCHOTHERAPY & BIOFIELD THERAPY

Psychotherapy

    Process Oriented Psychology

In everyday consensus reality, we typically find ourselves in our primary identity. This can create bias or avoidance to any secondary or polarising energies or archetypes. By working around these edges of our identity we explore ways to navigate unknown inner terrain. By dropping into the quantum field of dreaming, we attain essential insight and integration.

Providing therapeutic interventions in a process oriented psychological approach, allows for a deep dive into the transpersonal and in-depth exploration of your experience. These processes are dynamic and alive in our various sensory channels of information.

    Somatic Enquiry

In natural systems everything is interconnected. Quantum physics shows that a single part will effect all other parts through the field. This relational field suggests the interconnectedness of everything.

Navigating unknown terrain can be tricky and overwhelming. Working holistically in therapy facilitates an inclusive experience of enquiry. The only way to fully realise the unknown is by stepping into it and embodying the experience directly. We access this by moving beyond cognition, allowing the body and nervous system to lead the way.

DISORDERS & DIAGNOSIS

Navigating human experience is challenging and truly tests character and capacity. Finding our sense of interdependence within community supports health. How do we actually embody our personal truth, with integrity as we live in the present…

Various stages of our development can impinge on growth. As humans we can find parts within, that are in arrested or lacking development. Therapeutic work aids developmental deficiencies, allowing for growth to be reinstated. This supports recovery, laps, relapse and the return to a sense of being, embodied and grounded in the body and self.

Biofield Therapy

    Biofield Tuning Session

Biofield Tuning offers an in-depth approach to working beyond the verbal dialogue of beliefs, patterns and programs. Life conditions, stress, trauma and drama, often tend to disrupt these systems. When the dissonance is reflected back, the body naturally auto corrects. Using coherent sound as a feed back tool is an effective way for the body to repair and release.

During a 60 min session the body can experience states of emotional, mental or physical release. Emotions have particular frequency signatures that are within the audible spectrum. Guided by the bodies feedback system, static or incoherent noise can be cleared from the system. Creating flow and supporting health and wellbeing.

These treatments are an effective way to keep your system tuned up. Sound therapy can decrease inflammation in the body simply by increasing coherence. All you need to do is lay back, breath and simply be.

    Sonic Meridien Flush

The meridian system are subtle electrical channels that carry messages throughout our body. As the name suggests this is a sound bath for your electromagnetic field.

During a 90 min session you will experience the weighted forks on your face, head, arms and legs. This supports the body to rest, balance and restore coherence. This treatment can be offered after an initial series of treatments.

Biofield tuning also supports the adrenals, which can be over active due to stress and other environmental factors. Once they calibrate and regulate they simply return to their optimal rhythm. Information contained in the sound can also suggest types of pathology in the body.

24-48hrs post biofield treatment is a period of rest, reset and integration. This time is an opportunity to breath deeply and notice what is processing. This is also an opportunity to self care and resource.

ABOUT

Maggie Božinovska, BSc(Psych), MCouns&PsychTh

As a therapist I work though a transpersonal and experiential lens. Informed by modalities such as Voice Dialogue, Somatic Enquiry and Process Oriented Psychology. Terrain is a significant factor that contributes to how we relate to the world around us. Our environment, space and people we relate to, deeply inform our sense of being in the body.

Navigating these inner terrains allows for growth and essential development. My own journey has involved exploring inner terrain via various maps. Some of these systems include electric health, Anthroposophy, the Enneagram, Holotropic breathwork and Ridhwan enquiry.
